Our main DEPTH Training & Physiotherapy facility is located at 408 Albert St, Waterloo, ON.

Youth Athletic Development is located at 483 Conestogo Rd, Waterloo, ON. This includes U14 athletes & team training.

Payment is due at the time of your appointment. Following your visit, you will receive a detailed invoice that you may submit to your extended health care insurance for reimbursement, in accordance with your individual plan coverage. As of April 16, 2026, Sun Life benefit plans will be able to process claims from Depth Training & Physiotherapy.

For physiotherapy and chiropractic care, if it has been more than 3 months since your last visit or you are coming in for a new injury, a new assessment appointment is required before continuing treatment. This ensures we can properly reassess your condition and update your treatment plan.
