Our main DEPTH Training & Physiotherapy facility is located at 408 Albert St, Waterloo, ON.

Youth Athletic Development is located at 483 Conestogo Rd, Waterloo, ON. This includes U14 athletes & team training.

Payment is due at the time of your appointment. Following your visit, you will receive a detailed invoice that you may submit to your extended health care insurance for reimbursement, in accordance with your individual plan coverage. At this time, Depth Training & Physiotherapy is unable to submit claims or process reimbursement directly through Sun Life benefit plans. All other insurance providers remain unaffected. If you have a secondary provider you can still submit through them. We are actively working to address this matter and appreciate your understanding during this time.
